I came in for an oil change and to repair a tire with a screw in it. When I got back in my vehicle and while driving away, I turned the fan on high to cool down the vehicle with the A/C on. The fan was making a very loud noise that I’ve never heard before I brought the vehicle to have the oil changed. I went back five minutes later to see if the person that worked on my car could tell me what he thought it was I was told by the man at the front desk that we didn’t touch your AC. I replied that I knew that but the noise was not there when I brought the vehicle to have the oil changed he again told me we didn’t touch the AC and that he did not have anybody available to look at it as I was walking out. He said I could come back another day and have it checked out, I didn’t think coming back within five minutes. There would be nobody to even talk to me about it. I did not make another appointment to come back in.

They were able to get my truck in right away with no appt and got the alignment done with in an hour. Nice employees, very noligable and easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend this shop.

This was the first time using this shop. They were knowledgeable and honest. I will bring my car here again.

Our car wouldn't start a couple of times, but the engine light was not on when we brought it in. Honest Auto ran the diagnostics and found the relay switch was not always working. They promptly replaced it, all is well. These guys are prompt, professional and their prices are good. We have used their services for over 12 years and are always satisfied! Thank you, Honest Auto. Always go here for oil changes! Comfortable lounge while you wait. Often have deals. Nice people to work with.
