I was told parts were bad at two other shops, came in here for something else and asked them to check those parts and they were fine. Only place I'll go now. 2nd visit just as good. Got pictures of everything diagnosed under the truck. These guys are great.

My wife had taken our van there to fix our tire. Would have been to probably just buy new tires since they charged so much just fix a valve stem ($150!). About 2 weeks go by, and our alternator literally fell off! Of course, attached to the alternator is the serpentine belt, so that of course gets shredded too. Something seems suspicious here because alternators do not just fall off. I had my uncle from Wisconsin who is a full time auto mechanic come and look at it. He says that all 3 bolts that bolt on the alternator were busted off at the head, and that why it fell off. In all his days he’s never seen that. Those bolts are heavy duty and don’t break themselves. And this is a relatively new alternator so there was no rust! My uncle said he believes someone intentionally busted the bolts, as there is no way this could just happen naturally. Even if it could happen, 1 bolt maybe. But all 3? After reading reviews on Yelp for this “Honest-1” company and reading similar reviews of vehicles breaking down after a week of service, I’m all too suspicious. I can’t say for certain that this Honest-1 auto care company intentionally did this... but it seems like a heck of a coincidence if it wasn’t. But seriously, read the yelp reviews too and you’ll read similar reviews to this one. I do not trust this company and will not ever go back. Sticking with my uncle now.

I’ve been taking some of my cars with Honest-1 for a few years now; and they’re always very attentive and they assess and communicate every aspect of the cars very efficiently. They do their job promptly and professionally. They also give you a warranty for the jobs performed. Very happy with their service!!!

I ve been able to walk in explain the issue abd walk out with a free rental. With their warranty program, I have been able to get issues resolved for free. I recommend this place to anyone.

Finally I have a diagnosis for the grinding, metal noise when making left turns if my truck is in auto-4WD. I've had three other shops look at it but said everything looked fine, except for some minor fluid leaks. Well, turns out my baby needs a transfer case replaced. A pricey thing to replace but they gave me some budget-friendly ideas to get it fixed. So, I will definitely be going back to them for car repairs that they warranty for 3 years. Easy dropping off and getting the free loaner car. Easy pick-up, too.

They were able to fund the cause of the issue, and get my vehicle on the road the same morning. As always, they do great work.

Had all my leaks fixed there went back 3 weeks later same oil leak. They won't fix it sent me on my way. Won't be going back there.
