I have more than one BAD, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and completely DISHONEST experiences with this specific Honest-1 location. I won’t go into great detail here because I could truly write an entire 5 page essay on this shop and their mechanics and Jeff....but I will say that I brought my car in for a very very serious and specific problem relating to my oil cap coming off. Jeff told me there was absolutely no way my oil cap could be coming off while I’m driving. They degreased under my hood and did an oil change and Jeff suggested I put out a camera outside my house or look at cameras at work because someone has to be taking my oil cap off my car in the middle of the night. After having my car at this show THREE times in about 1.5 months I reached out to other trusted mechanics and took their advice on getting my car out of their shop immediately and not spending a penny more with them. I got my car towed to another shop and within 10hrs this other shop was able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong with my car, why the oil cap was coming off while I was driving and exactly how to fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE not even got a simple oil change or bulb replacement. They do not look into the actually potential problem they will just fix what they can see is wrong! They will sucker you out of hundreds of dollars, not fix your car just so your vehicle ends right back up in their shop a few weeks later.
