Very friendly and informative, I like the text update with pictures of my vehicle issues. If your vehicle has a lot of issues they tackle the most important ones first. Then give you a list of issues and what order they should be taken care of, for later. This is a big help when you can’t afford to have everything done at once. Thanks Ryan and Mitchell

Car repair is never fun to pay for but Honest-1 does it right. Honest-1's diagnostic report and receipt was formatted well and easy to read; it even included pictures of the car components that were bad with red arrows to show where the damage was. I also liked that the technician drove my vehicle around to observe the issue in real-time. The quote was competitive with other local car repair shops. The service advisor that worked with me -- Ryan Q. -- is skilled in customer service and did an excellent job "translating" the car issue and breaking down the price for me. They also did their own diagnostic report at no cost to me (I went in with a report and estimate from another shop). This location also has a Costco discount for parts, service, and labor! Honest-1 lives up to it's promise. Highly recommend!
