This place is great! They really live up to their name. Brad Crabtree is very helpful and patient. As a woman, I worry mechanics might take advantage and charge for unnecessary work. These guys shoot straight with me every time. They recently even quoted for work and then found out wasn't necessary. They could have charged me and I would never have known. But they didn't. That's why I keep coming back and send my mom and granddaughter to them!

Everyone here is very helpful. I dropped my car off without an appointment and they had it ready in a couple hours. They even had to special order a part that they did not have in stock and still had it ready.

Had my wife's coolant flushed. Good job, did exactly what was required. Very reasonable price, didn't attempt to push any other services. I'll be back!

I stopped in to Honest-1 to get a cost estimate to replace the battery in my Honda CRV. The person at the desk was quick with an answer and one of the mechanics said he could get the battery installed right then and there. The work was completed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. I appreciated the convenience of getting the service done so quickly and not having to return at a later date. I am not sure if I got the best price because I have not compared Hones-1's cost with other auto service providers.

Always go here. Very accommodating to schedules, need for a loaner, etc. Will work with you to do what you want or need done and help prioritize possible additional work. Usually very fast turn-around time even with a couple of my vehicles that are not always easy to get parts for. Very price competitive with other shops and their work is always done right.
