Recently took my car in to get a wheel alignment, and I was charged a additional hazardous waste fee. After receiving my complaint, the service manager Brad quickly reached out to me to apologize and resolve the issue and even gave me a free oil change. Great customer service and very professional. Will definitely go back to Honest-1 Auto Care for my future car repairs and will recommend it to anyone.

Customer service was great, knowledgeable, and honest to tell me that I didn’t need immediate repair to drive back home... and then not change me for it. I was impressed and would recommend them! Had an appointment at 10, got there 1/2 hour early and they got me in right away.They checked what I thought was wrong, and no surprises until they started to work on it. The more they took apart the more problems they found. (All problems were legit as it is a 21 year old car). It took more time than originally thought, so the gave me a a ride home, and came and picked me up when they were done. They informed me of everything they wanted to do, and explained why.I spent more money than I thought I was going to at first, but now am confident I won't be stranded in the middle of winter on the side of the road. This is the second car I have had them work on, and am satisfied again. I will be a returning customer.

The people at Honest-1 were friendly and prompt. they took my car in just as scheduled. they checked few other things in addition to oil change. it was a quick service. I recommend taking your car there.

We had ruptured, rusted brake lines replaced. A loaner car was not available but I was shuttled to and from home. Price was more than expected but the rust is horrible under the vehicle. All in all a good job with good service. The only negative comment is when you walk in it is like someone's favorite aunt just died - you'd think it was a mortuary instead of a repair shop. Lighten up - smile, it will bring return customers.
