I was happy with the work that needed to be done got done, they called me with the total before they even begin,given the opportunity for a rental vechile from them helped as well never know if something comes up.

Hi Jennifer- we're very sorry we didn't warrant a better review for the repairs on your Explorer. We do our best to get work done correctly and in a timely manner but sometimes there are problems with even brand new parts and delays happen. Hopefully the third alternator we installed for you under warranty takes care of your problem.

The guys were great. They took care of my car. Told me about some other services I will need in the future. There was no pressure. The staff were polite, the waiting area was clean and not crowded. I will be a return customer. They did a great job.
