Everything was as promised. Oil change was good deal with the coupon. When I figure in my time I could not do it any cheaper myself.

i arrived abt 25min early as i drove direct from work and didnt want to backtrack. my car was then taken early. i alerted chris/kris to 2 dashboard lights to addr, and with the 21-point inspection that comes with an oil change, both areas were taken care of (oil needed changing; low air in tires). the only suggestion i shared with kris was to pls install a coat hook on the back side of the uni-bathrm door, for both coats and women's purse handles. btw, the previous owners installed a GORgeous tile pattern in the bathroom!

I needed a oil change, I was overdue by 1,500 miles! I called an hour and a half before I had to get to work in Roseville & they changed my oil with my appointment & had me out of there is a timely matter. Good service and kind employees!

Waiting area was nice and clean. Oil Change was completed in a timely manner.

I did not think you would be able to solve all of the problems by finding just one problem but you did. On my way home I check to see if all of the problems were fix and they were...nice work and at a price lower than I expected.

The new gas tank install was done very well. The personnel were friendly and polite. From the front desk to the mechanics. This was our first visit, we will be happy to bring our auto repair needs to Honest - 1 in the future.

Every time I receive treatment for my vehicle I am treat with respect, I am educated and I am treated like a friend. I am really impressed with your company and only go to your shop because of it's fast turn around time and very reasonable fees.
