I think the guys there are very honest and up front with the work that needs to be done, a time frame and I thought reasonable rates. They even stayed an hour past closing waiting on a part for my car so it would be done the same day...where do you find that today? Service, Service, Service will keep me going back. Very friendly & honest. Gave a fully breakout of what was wrong with my car and even pointed them out on the car. Prices seem reasonable and I don't feel like they are trying to pull a fast one on their customers. I will be a returning customer for oil changes & general maintenance.

My Blazer was running terrible. I decided to give the Honest 1 New Brighton a chance and they did a very thorough diagnostic and laid out exactly which repairs needed to be done right away and which could safely be out off. The price was fair and everyone was very professional. My Blazer runs great and gets much better mileage. I will definitely be using Honest 1 New Brighton again in the future.

Oil change, my first time at an Honest 1. I got an ad in the mail and realized how close the shop was and made an appointment right away. the lobby was welcoming, spacious and clean. The complimentary beverages are a nice touch. I got right in and Jeff was very friendly and helpful and called when the oil change was done. I was very satisfied.
