Great people amazing service

Well I realize the weather has been bad and business is very busy. I brought the car in Mon and did not get it back till Thurs. I was the person calling to find out the progress and when it would be done. Received the car and wipers where not installed. Will need to make another apt after the holidays. I really like going to Honest One but this time it was longer than I expected. WE were lucky we had an extra car to get us back and forth.

Problem similar to weak/dead battery; clicking starter, sporadic electrical hiccups. Had original dealer investigate problem while still under warranty - nothing found. Warranty expired, problem worsened. One hour of diagnosis and problem completely resolved at Honest-1. Not a bad starter ($300+), but a bad ground connection. Out the door for considerably less.
