Trevor Gavin is my go-to mechanic and today he worked me in when I had an emergency fix needed. He completed the repair quickly and helped me understand all my options. Great service!!

Figured out that it was the spair tire that was turning on the idiot light. So we had to lower it and put the proper pressure in it. Great job!

Nhoua gave a good, reliable service here -- with attention to detail and with clear communication about possible problems I should be aware of. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Bryan Rademacher has never failed to offer excellent customer service. He does a thorough inspection and has helped me to prioritize what needs to be done based on importance and overall expense. I appreciate that he shows me exactly what he is referencing when my car is making odd sounds. Would recommend to all of my friends, everytime.

I normally don't leave reviews, however I had such a positive experience with this company I felt inclined to do so. There are so many auto repair shops in the Twin Cities, it's hard to know with certainty which auto repair shop will do the best job for the best price! After I visited Honest 1 in New Brighton and had the pleaseure of dealing with Mark Burge, I know with certainty where to bring my vehicle from now on. Mark Burge was very helpful answering all my questions, was knowledgeable of what he was talking about, he even included the mechanic who worked on my car in our discussion so I felt comfortable with who would be working on my car. My entire experience there was much better than any other auto mechanic I've gone to in the past! The establishment was clean the employees were professional, and the pricing was extremely fair! If you're looking for a great honest auto repair shop in New Brighton, this is the place to go Hands Down! Ask for Mark Burge, if you get the pleasure of working with him I know you'll be leaving the next five star review 👍🏼
