I'm typically skeptical of mechanics just because I don't know a thing about cars and they could easily take advantage of me. However, the service at Honest 1 was very sincere, personable, transparent, and fast. I would totally go here again.

I was anxious about a check engine light and obvious that I didn't know that much about my car and they assured me it wasn't that big of a deal probably which meant I didn't have to pay through the nose to keep my car going.

This place is awesome. Terrific customer service, spacious office with comfortable chairs and internet access. Best of all, these seem to be a team of mechanics that you can trust. They walk you through all of the steps, and show you what is wrong with your vehicle and what they should fix. I did not feel any pressure, I just felt like they were educting me in the issues and letting me ask any questions to help make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs.

Honest 1 is AMAZING!! They really went above and beyond to help me service my vehicle!!!! Thanks to Mark and his friendly, 'get it done with a smile' customer service, and all the guys in the back helping explain the repairs to me; They helped turn a not so pleasant breakdown on my car, into an easy, caring and very professional, overall great experience.
