I was very pleased with the thoroughness of my visit. I was told my car had the vin placed on my catalytic converter by the manufacturer Chrysler service didn’t know this and told me to go to a police station to get this done. After worrying about this for months Honest 1 informed me about something that should have been told to me months ago. Honest 1 is my new go to place for auto care.

I’ve gone to a Chrysler dealer for all services for years and I now plan to bring my car here for service. I was impressed at how thorough and fast my car was serviced plus Chrysler did not tell me I already have my vehicle ID on my catalytic converter!!

I had a great visit to Honest-1. I was in town for only a few days when my car started acting up. I was able to get an appointment the next day and they took care of everything right away! Great service. Highly recommend.

My dealership is out a month for O/C...Joe got me in within a day, and they were great. Comfortable space, very fast service, and I love the electronic record of the visit. I'll be back!

Had an Oil leak (more than a Quart a week). Brought it in and was diagnosed within 3 minutes or so and was given a detailed diagnosis alon g with a quotation for the job. I approved and they got right on it. I received my fixed vehicle within two hours or so (as quoted). I did not have a coupon on me but found some on line. They applied the coupon to my bill. No more leak. I can now drive stress free regarding the leak and my oil level. Thanks uys.

This place is absolutely terrible. Please don't go here. They should rename it to crooked-1. They are huge liars too.... they will claim that I've never been there! Just see their response. I've been there more than 1 time. NEVER AGAIN!!

Honest 1 does a great job. Jeff is always helpful and great with communication. Having Trevor work on your vehicle gives you piece of mind knowing it's always done right.
